WorkSafe applies fees for processing hazardous substance applications.

These fees include:

  • Compliance certifier authorisations, renewals and variations
  • Test station authorisations
  • Grant of controlled substance licences
  • Authorisations and exemptions for stationary container systems, cylinders and sites.

The fees are specified in Schedule 2 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017(external link), and reproduced below.  All fees are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
