On 28 May 2013, an employee of LRK Trays Limited ("LRK") was struck by a forklift reversing past the place where she was working at a Mount Maunganui site where kiwifruit were being packaged and stored. LRK was contracted by this defendant to provide labour. The victim was an employee of a contractor to this defendant.
