This is the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances—Validity Periods of Compliance Certificates for Stationary Container Systems) Safe Work Instrument 2018.

This safe work instrument specifies alternative validity periods of compliance certificates for certain stationary container systems for the purposes of regulation 17.92(1)(ca) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.
