We consulted on a proposed safe work instrument (SWI) to support the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017(external link) (the Regulations). 

The proposed SWI is to add FuelMix – Premixed 2-stroke fuel to table 3 of schedule 26 of the Regulations so it does not require tracking.
