We consulted on a proposed safe work instrument (SWI) under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) for tank wagons, specifically tank wagons used to transport and transfer hazardous bituminous substance with a flash point of more than 60°C (bitumen tank wagons) and tank wagons that are loader refuellers (loader refuellers).

We asked for feedback on the proposed requirements to help determine whether they are appropriate for these tank wagons.
