The SafePlus online tool has helped Wellington Zoo find their blind-spots and put workers' feedback at the center of their health and safety plans.

Since completing their first SafePlus assessment, Wellington Zoo have made changes to how their Safety Improvement Team engages with both workers and senior leaders at the Board level. This has helped bring the views of managers and workers closer together. While improving worker engagement remains a focus of the Zoo, SafePlus has also helped to strengthen the Zoo's actions in making sure they are looking after the health, safety and wellbeing of their workers, visitors and animals.
