Jonny is the Tasman region grand finalist. Learn about his approach to health and safety.
Jonny manages a Dairy Holdings farm in Bankside, milking 1,300 cows on 341 hectares. An industry he’s extremely passionate about, he’s spent his career working through the ranks of dairying, contract milking and farm management mainly around Canterbury.
He provides some great insights into the importance of leadership with regards to health and safety on a farm and how they manage the admin side of health and safety.
“Leadership is huge in terms of health and safety on farm. The way you act and behave is the way that your people will follow."
