WorkSafe New Zealand has formalised its relationships with a number of relevant government agencies through written agreements, such as memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
MOUs are a mechanism for the parties to clarify their respective roles and responsibilities and agree how they will cooperate and coordinate their regulatory activities, in the context of workplace health and safety and energy safety.
Here we have proactively released some of our recent MOUs, with the permission of the parties. We will update this page as we develop new agreements and renew existing agreements.
