Employee’s leg crushed by gantry crane during a lift of a Felt Roll while following hand signals from the employee. During the course of the operation a roll doctor, a large fabricated metal beam (which the victim was unaware was not bolted down properly) was pulled off its plinth landing on employee’s right leg.
