When working with fertiliser, you can be exposed to a number of potentially serious hazards. Farmers, contractors and workers need to be aware of the risks when using fertilisers and know how to use them safely.

Fertiliser can be dangerous to work with, especially in adverse weather or if it isn’t stored properly. With the Groundspread Fertiliser Association we have produced guidance for farmers, contractors and workers on how to safely use fertiliser on the farm.
