Energy Safety was provided with the Fire Service fire investigation report after the investigation had been completed. This report determined that the cause of the fire was likely to have been the integral vacuum cleaner installed in 2014. Energy Safety has initiated a consequential audit on the supplier of the vacuum cleaner involved to determine on going compliance and safety of this model of vacuum cleaner.
