Energy Safety has contacted the home owner by letter and has received no reply.

Energy Safety has received a reply from a gas fitter that recently worked on the installation and he said that he only relit the appliances after the gas had been turned off. There is not enough information to continue with this investigation so the event is closed. If further information becomes available in the future the event will be reopened.
