We sought feedback on our draft good practice guidance, Violence in the Healthcare Industry: Guidance for PCBUs.

This draft guideline contains advice to PCBUs on how to fulfil their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) in the context of managing the risk of violence. The proposed guidance outlines how strong systems can protect workers from harm. 

Feedback was welcomed from individuals, businesses and industry associations.

The deadline for accepting submissions was 5:00 pm on 7 June 2019.
