Operational policies

Operational policies provide the detail of the activities that contribute to programmes and overall interventions (including degrees of discretion etc) that achieve the objective of the legislation. They provide context and parameters to support discretionary decision making

Our positions discuss our approach to the interpretation of a key concept of law where there are implications for the regulated sector. This helps to enhance transparency and understanding of the WorkSafe approach.
