This is the public register of operators who have passed a safety audit and are authorised to provide adventure activities.
It is an offence to provide an ‘adventure activity’ unless the operator is registered to provide it (or is excluded under regulation 4(2)-4(5) or holds an exemption granted by WorkSafe).
Note, not all activities are classified as an adventure activity. Our guidance on What we mean by adventure activity explains which activities require an operator to be registered.
Current means the operator has passed a safety audit and is registered and authorised to provide the activities listed for the specified period.
Cancelled means the operator’s registration was cancelled on the date listed and they are no longer authorised to provide any adventure activity.
Suspended means the operator’s registration is suspended and they are not authorised to provide any adventure activity during the stated period.
